Working within a supportive and experienced team, youll manage a diverse caseload of student conduct mattersranging from academic misconduct to lower complexity nonacademic issueswhile contributing to fair, transparent, and robust decisionmaking processes. The role This is a role for professionals who enjoy examining and assessing situations, interpreting policy, and producing highquality reportswhile navigating sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement. This includes: Managing a caseload of student conduct matters, including academic misconduct, appeals, and lower complexity nonacademic issues Supporting highersensitivity matters during peak periods, working alongside senior staff on more complex cases Analysing information from multiple sources and preparing clear, evidencebased reports and recommendations Providing advice on the application of University policies, procedures, and relevant legislation (including privacy requirements) Working closely with internal stakeholders including Security, Student Living, the Legal team and student support services to coordinate responses to conduct matters Engaging with students and stakeholders professionally, including delivering outcomes and directions where required Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, compliance, and service delivery This continuing position is full time at a HEW7 Higher Education Worker level and is based at Callaghan.
