YOUR ROLE Exciting times are ahead as weve invested in brand-new European trucks and trailers as part of our national fleet. Were seeking expressions of interest from experienced drivers to join our NSW Linehaul / Intrastate Drivers, based out of Orchid Hills, NSW. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will: Undertake depot-to-depot, direct and changeover runs Perform bulk pickup, drop-off and unload Operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, complying with regulatory requirements and CEVA policies Ensure the safe handling and restraint of freight at all locations in conjunction with depot-based teams Complete documentation relating to trips, such as pre-starts, work diary, delivery dockets and timesheets. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has experience in linehaul driving and a current MC driver licence together with: Good understanding of CoR, including basic fatigue management, mass / dimensions, maintenance and load restraint, freight loading/unloading procedures Good reliability, work ethic, communication skills and attention to detail.
