Inspectors at Carma are the experts on the ground, meticulously assessing vehicles and their condition, noting findings, negotiating prequalified deals, and ensuring Carma buys the very best cars! Were now looking for our newest Inspector to join the team, helping us buy the best cars in Kotara, Newcastle area and it could be you! What youll be doing: Hitting the road to inspect customer cars, giving each car a thorough onceover from bumper to bonnet. Keeping sellers in the loop with updates on your arrival, making the process smooth and stressfree. Following the stepbystep inspection process, matching what you see in person with whats been reported, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly. Using your negotiation skills to agree on prices that work for both Carma and the sellerand sealing the deal on the spot! Capturing every detail on our system (youll have an iPad to use), from inspection results to compliance docs and photos, so nothing gets missed. Okay, lets talk about you: You have an interest or love of all things automotiveyoure the goto car expert among your friends. You have sharp attention to detail, ensuring no scratch or sound goes unnoticed. Youre experienced adapting to different customerswhether theyre car buffs or just parting ways with an old ride, youll always be able to read the room and adapt. You have a knack for negotiating deals that make everyone happy. Youre motivated to work independently and take ownership of your results, as youll often be on the road working solo. You enjoy following a process and suggesting improvements as you go. A valid NSW drivers licence. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including every second Saturday. Whats in it for you?
