Job Description

The AP Officer is responsible for managing accounts payable activity, including processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and reconciling accounts. They assist in preparing financial reports, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure data integrity. What Youll Do Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and reconcile accounts. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity. Customer Service: Address inquiries from vendors. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in AP or a related financial role. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software (Business Central, MYOB, Xero). Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A solutionfocused mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Ability to analyse and process high volumes of data and documentation daily.
