The Storeperson is responsible for adhering and maintaining the Warehousing & Logistics business processes and systems, including setting up the master data in SAP to safely and efficiently receive, store and issue all parts and materials. This includes managing min/max stock levels, reordering, component refurbishment/exchange, instore maintenance, picking and consolidation for issuing, and parts staging for shutdowns. This is a permanent fulltime position on a 7/7day shift roster at our Kwinana Refinery, with occasional requirement to work night shift during shutdowns. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the daily and weekly activities of safely and efficiently receiving, picking, and issuing parts and materials following the Warehousing and Logistics processes. Ensure statutory compliance of all items in storage as well as Chain of Responsibility compliance when sending items off site. Maintain material master data required for efficient management of parts and materials. Identify risks that have the capacity to compromise business objectives and elevate concerns for mitigation of potential impacts. Drive value creation across the Warehousing & Logistics function by implementing continuous improvement in line with Operational Excellence. Liaise with 3PL logistics on operational matters. Serve as Covalent on site at 3PL. Ensure effective working relationships are built and maintained with other departments and stakeholders, both internal and external. Active participation in establishing a health and safety culture. Role Requirements Competent with ERP System (SAP or Pronto desirable). Knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations pertaining to warehousing facilities and storage of Dangerous Goods. Driver''s licence. Warehousing Certificate III. Trade qualifications with proven planning and organising experience. Forklift licence.
