Join us at Kellyville Ridge OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role. Youll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: Youll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. Youll take full ownership of your teams roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
