Deswik is growing, and we''re looking for a technically savvy Key Account Manager to own and expand a diverse portfolio of mining customers nationally. What Youll Be Doing - Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key mining customers across APAC - Develop the sales pipeline both with new and current customers, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements - Partner with customer stakeholders from site technical teams through to executives, you will help customers maximise value from their existing investments and build longterm partnerships - Support the delivery of highquality software implementations and consulting services - Apply Deswik technology (including enterprise solutions) to solve complex mining problems - Manage customer issues proactively and professionally - Collaborate globally with 100+ mining consultants and technical sales specialists - Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customers What Youll Bring - Proven experience in sales or key account management within complex, enterprise environments - A technical background in Mining Engineering, Geology, Surveying, or similar - Significant mining industry experience in technical or operational roles - Strong commercial acumen and confidence in complex negotiations - Deep understanding of site operations and mine planning challenges - Ability to connect people, processes, and technology to deliver real value - Strong EQ and IQ youre trusted, reliable, and outcomes-focused - A passion for continuous improvement and doing things better than yesterday - Comfort with technology and the ability to clearly articulate the value of software solutions - Experience with Deswik tools is highly regarded Why Deswik?
