The Role Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Retail Logistics & Distribution Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting the national distribution network through data analysis, reporting, and cost optimisation. You will be responsible for analysing DC and logistics performance, ensuring accurate costtoserve reporting, validating 3PL invoices against contracted rates, and maintaining key reporting such as DIFOT. Working closely with Contract Managers and crossfunctional stakeholders, you will provide insights that drive informed commercial decisions, identify opportunities for supply chain optimisation, and support operational efficiency across the network. You Will Provide Accurate and timely reporting on DC performance, including DIFOT and costtoserve metrics Analysis and validation of 3PL warehouse and distribution invoices against contracted rates Insights and recommendations to identify cost reduction and optimisation opportunities Tracking and reporting of key metrics including pick accuracy, temperature compliance, and delivery performance Support to Contract Managers through reporting, meeting coordination, and action tracking Collaboration with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Supply Planning teams to ensure operational efficiency Maintenance of master data integrity and resolution of supply chain system issues What We Offer Join a dynamic team at a renowned South Australian company, known for their innovation and outsidethebox thinking.
