Job Title: BIM Modeller Location: Sydney & Melbourne Salary: $100,000- $120,000 + super Type: Full-Time Permanent | Design & Engineering We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join a high-performing design team working on complex electrical and infrastructure projects across Australia. You will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models and 2D documentation, supporting engineers, designers, and project managers through all stages of delivery. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and construction drawings - Ensure all documentation meets project requirements and deadlines - Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams to deliver clash-free models - Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows - Support client and stakeholder coordination meetings - Identify and contribute to continuous improvement in BIM processes - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and project requirements Requirements - 45+ years experience in BIM modelling - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD - Experience with BIM360 and Microsoft Office - Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation - Knowledge of construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environments (advantageous) - Dynamo or Python scripting experience highly regarded - Engineering, drafting, or design qualification - Must be an Australian Citizen (NV1 clearance eligibility required) Whats on Offer - Competitive salary package - Strong pipeline of major infrastructure projects - Supportive team environment - Opportunity to influence BIM systems and innovation - Career development and technical growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
