An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join a well-established team delivering reactive maintenance and void property works across Durham. This role requires a dependable and versatile tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of disciplines within a social housing environment.You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and are fit for purpose.Key duties include:Repair and renew plastered ceilings and wallsRepair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooringRepair and renew doors, door casings, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boxing and ducting panellingRepair and renew kitchen units, worktops and decorative finishesRepair, replace and fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair and renew timber and UPVC window framesReglaze windows where requiredRepair fencing and gatesCarry out multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, painting including damp and mould treatment and floor tilingWhat We Need From YouTime served or a recognised apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2 or Level 3Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer, Joiner or PlumberCompetent in plastering and or plumbing as a core tradeAbility to carry out a range of multi-trade works to a high standardExperience working within a social housing environment is desirableFull UK driving licenceCSCS card preferredAsbestos awarenessOwn toolsWhats on OfferSalary of 35,842Company van and fuel cardStable, long-term opportunitySupportive working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
