THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our diverse team based in Sydney, you will help make a positive impact on someones life every day. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience, an allied health background or previous case management experience to join EMLs Specialised Insurance Group (SIG), supporting our Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) and Trinity Insurance portfolios. As a Claims Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of physical and psychological claims, supporting injured workers through the end-to-end claims process. This may include determining liability, coordinating treatment, managing payments, facilitating case conferences and supporting recovery and return to work outcomes. Within SIG, you will be supported by experienced Team Leaders, Technical Specialists and Injury Management professionals who are there to guide your development and success in the role. As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a facetoface Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 in Sydney. This is a permanent, fulltime position based in our Sydney office, with workfromhome flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval. Your Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of physical and psychological claims Liaise with injured workers, employers, providers and internal stakeholders Support recovery and return to work planning Manage payments, treatment approvals and claim reviews Facilitate case conferences and stakeholder meetings as required About You Strong customer service experience Allied health, rehabilitation or case management experience is highly regarded Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills Resilient, empathetic and able to manage competing priorities Thrive in a collaborative and fastpaced environment Passionate about helping people get their lives back We stand together as equals.
