ESCA is a fast growing hospitality group with real career progression pathways Lead a front-of-house team that thrives on energy, culture, and consistency Help shape the guest experience in one of the most exciting casual dining concepts What Were Looking For A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a high-volume, casual dining, or quick service venue Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage teams on the floor Confidence running sections, supporting managers, and handling guest escalations with professionalism Experience with POS systems, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting Genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest experience A cool head under pressure and a hands-on, lead-by-example approach Excellent communication and time management skills Availability to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required What Youll Be Responsible For Supporting day-to-day FOH operations alongside the management team Leading briefings, managing sections, and keeping service smooth and on-point Assisting with team training and coaching Driving strong guest experiences and service consistency Contributing to the energetic and positive culture were building at Henrietta Bondi Why Join ESCA Group?
