Job Description

Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Communications, this role is responsible for daytoday management of internal communications and channels, working collaboratively with teams across the organisation to develop and deliver timely and relevant content and events to drive staff engagement, support organisational needs and build a positive culture in line with our ambition to be Everyones House. Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday internal communications channels. Develop and deliver timely content and events that drive staff engagement. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support organisational needs. Qualifications and Skills Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years experience in internal communications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Dynamic, efficient communicator who builds strong relationships across teams. Proven ability to lead highperforming teams and manage multiple projects, campaigns or events endtoend. Strong operational and commercial decisionmaking skills, including workflow optimisation, budgets, procurement, suppliers and governance. Deep understanding of creative and production processes, with handson experience using project and digital management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Dropbox, Frontify). Highly organised, detailoriented selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced, highvolume environments.
