Job Description Our Digital & Technology team is behind the platforms that millions of Australians use every day. From live sport streaming to premium ondemand experiences, they design, build and scale the systems that keep everything running seamlessly. We are seeking a strategic Senior Delivery Manager to lead delivery excellence across Australias premier streaming ecosystem. As we unify Stan and 9Now onto a single technology stack, you will drive how we plan, execute and continuously improve delivery across teams and portfolios. You will shape ways of working, challenge existing practices, and lift capability to ensure we deliver at pace and with impact. This role is accountable for creating clarity across complex programs, embedding scalable agile practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities Implement and execute effective agile practices. Evaluate team practices and implement improvements that champion agility principles. Elevate agile maturity through targeted training and coaching tailored to specific contexts. Identify and address capability gaps while providing thought leadership on agile applications. Promote experimentation and rapid feedback while delivering smallvalue increments. Empower teams to take ownership of their delivery processes and outcomes. Role model a leanagile mindset, collaborative decisionmaking, and continuous improvement. Proactively address friction points to maintain high morale and a collaborative mindset. Facilitate planning and prioritisation to generate delivery plans for multiteam outcomes. Orchestrate smooth workflows across teams to ensure successful delivery. Mitigate impediments and risks between teams before they become critical issues. Report on and visualise progress on outcomes for portfolio directors. Manage the product lifecycle flow from "concept to cash," adapting practices as needed. Partner with product and technology leadership to ensure datainformed user outcomes. Influence broader organisational changes that promote agile principles. Orchestrate teamofteam level change initiatives with transparent communication. Utilise transformation metrics to assess agility trends and drive datainformed decisions. Drive alignment on value propositions through balanced participation from product and technology. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Expertise in implementing effective agile practices and leading strategic organisational design changes. Proven ability to challenge organisational practices and foster cultures of accountability and ownership. Track record of ingraining rapid iteration, experimentation, and continuous value delivery. Exceptional mediation skills and the ability to coach senior leaders. Experience managing complex risks and addressing delivery inefficiencies with leadership. Capability to deliver strategic change initiatives and implement datainformed transformation metrics. Highly developed coaching skills for guiding individuals and groups through significant challenges. Desirable Skills Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications in Agile Frameworks. Proficiency with analytics, data visualisation, and organisational change management methodologies. Strong public speaking skills and involvement in agile communities of practice. Understanding of the endtoend lifecycle, including user research and crossfunctional collaboration.
