Your Role The Team Lead, Digital Products & Delivery (Domain Delivery Lead) will manage several products, but will primarily be a Genesys CX focused role, accountable for the successful delivery of digital product initiatives and BAU changes within Digital Business Programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The role leads and develops a crossfunctional team, drives collaboration and continuous improvement, and manages multiple delivery streams through effective prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive leadership. What youll bring Product & Delivery Management The ability to drive adoption of the new Genesys Capabilities, into the enterprise. While this role will manage several products, we do require strong contact centre skills, telephony skills, business, and technical skills of customer interactions. Support roadmap and implementation planning aligned to current and future business needs and the Digital Blueprint. Define and prioritise business requirements across work requests, projects, and programs. Manage multiple initiatives and changes to ensure ontime, withinbudget delivery. Coordinate product releases and drive postimplementation improvement. Report on delivery status, risks, and benefits, ensuring alignment with business and Digital leadership. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with project teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to enable successful production releases. Provide expert advice on options, risks, system impacts, and technology priorities. Proactively manage issues and communicate outcomes to technology and service leaders. Technical Excellence & Continuous Improvement Assess existing solutions to identify improvement and reuse opportunities. Stay informed on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices. Contribute to assurance activities, standards, policies, and consistent delivery patterns. Leadership & Capability Development Lead, coach, and support crossfunctional delivery teams. Qualification and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, System Analysis or related field. Extensive experience across multiple IT domains with strong business domain expertise. Genesys CX implementation experience (Mandatory), with strong understanding of Genesys CX functionality capabilities. Ability to configure Genesys CX. Advanced to expert knowledge of Genesys CX application design, integration, and Digital delivery. Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity and manage complex, matrixed environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities. Proven capability in translating complex business requirements into costeffective solutions, with a strong commercial and totalcostofownership focus.
