As a Crushing & Screening Account Manager at Tutt Bryant Equipment (TBE), you will own your territory end to end. You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and take deals from first conversation through to machine commissioning, overseeing aftermarket interactions to satisfy customers requirements. You will be supported by specialist service, parts, and aftersales teams, and you will have the backing of a business with deep roots in the Australian heavy equipment market. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities across your territory. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to equipment commissioning. Identify and qualify hire to buy, long & short-term rental opportunities. Attend a minimum of four industry events per year in your territory. Provide weekly pipeline updates to the National Business Manager. Develop strong technical proficiency across the Metso, Jonsson & McCloskey Environmental product range, consumables and Bruno simulation to complement good sales techniques. Collaborate with TBE service, parts, and specialist teams to deliver for customers. Bring other Tutt Bryant Group staff into opportunities to maximise TBG opportunities. What You Bring Hands on experience operating crushing or screening equipment, OR proven capital equipment sales experience in this industry Strong solution selling ability with the confidence to communicate long term value over price. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Disciplined territory and time management Professional presentation and a customer first approach Willingness to travel, particularly while building your territory. Sound computer skills; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
