You will play a key role in ensuring optimal outcomes for patients while working within a multidisciplinary team environment. Provide individualised, evidencebased nursing care for neonates in intensive care Support families through advocacy, education, and compassionate care Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and escalat[e] appropriately Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and students in the clinical setting Contribute to quality improvement and safe work practices within the NICU Essential Requirements Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail. Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
