This role is based in Adaminaby, NSW, and is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy variety, responsibility, and working as part of a professional team delivering essential transport services to a major project. The Role As a Coach Driver with NSBC Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and punctual transport of construction personnel to and from work sites. The nature of the project means work can vary daily, offering a dynamic and engaging role rather than repetitive route driving. - Driving duties conducted in accordance with NHVR regulations and relevant legislation - Typical shifts range between 1012 hours per day - Operations occur in a remote alpine environment, including winter conditions - Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and customer service - Occasional passenger luggage handling required Working Environment This position operates in a remote location and requires a practical, hands-on approach. Drivers are expected to take pride in their vehicles, including assisting with washing and cleaning coaches as required due to limited local facilities. Reliability, adaptability, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.
