Grange Growing Solutions Pty Ltd is a family owned company specialising in the manufacture of potting mix for supply into the Nursery and Garden Industry both in commercial and retail sectors. We are seeking an experienced individual to operate a front end loader. Duties include: - Front End Loader blending of organic materials. - Raw Material management involves ensuring all Raw Materials are available and stored in the correct bays / racking. - Machine start up safety pre checks. - Record keeping - quality control, machine maintenance checks and sign off. - Reporting to Operations Manager - Willingness to help in other areas of the business. - Exceptional customer service skills and a can do attitude. To be successful in this role you will need: - Front End Loader experience.(Essential) - Fork Lift license( Essential:You will not be considered without a valid fork lift licence) - Full unrestricted rights to work in Australia ( You will not be considered without unrestricted rights to work in Australia, we DO NOT sponsor employees) - Current Drivers License. - Must be able to work proactively in a team environment with minimal supervision and show forward planning abilities. - Sound literacy to follow, record, process information/data and complete work instructions. - Control documentation for each and every batch. - Must be physically fit, manual handling up to 25kg bags - Mechanical skills. - Keen attention to maintenance of equipment on a daily and weekly basis - Monday to Friday with Saturday work in our busy period. - Own Transport (no public transport available) ```
