The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will see you take full accountability for converting website and phone enquiries into booking site visits or guaranteed contracts for removals. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience from their first enquiry through to their moving day and beyond! Youre a natural communicator who thrives on building authentic relationships being able to educate the customers on how when and why their removal experience will be successful. This role is built for someone who loves to get the deal across the line because your hungry for success your proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing business. You can work through ambiguity and can embrace the challenges of a fast-paced and sometimes emotionally charged environment. You take pride in delivering results and commercial outcomes for the business. What youll do: Respond promptly to both new and returning customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a maximum turnaround of 24 hours Drive improvements in the sales process with the aim of lifting conversion rates Proactively identify and put forward opportunities for new business growth Safeguard customer experience as a core priority, ensuring our commitment to service remains central as the business expands Prepare precise quotes and organise in-home assessments, arranged by Director Confidently follow up with potential clients in a manner consistent with brand voice Guide customers through every stage of the moving journey, before and after relocation Gather and review client feedback to help refine and enhance services Seek out opportunities to grow the business and strengthen marketing efforts Maintain and manage the planning and scheduling platform (currently OneEx) What were looking for: At least 3 years in a sales and client service role, ideally from the moving industry Must be able to convert inbound leads and act swiftly to respond to client enquiries Always attentive to customer needs and satisfaction while balancing scheduling Remains composed and effective when challenges arise Capable of working autonomously while managing priorities in a busy environment Skilled at analysing situations, solving issues, and making sound decisions Dependable, responsible, and collaborative in a team setting Comfortable using technology, including Excel and other business tools (advantageous) Holds a valid NSW drivers licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
