Personal Carer (Casual) Broken Hill Southern Cross Care has an exciting opportunity for casual Personal Carers to join our care teams working across our Residential Aged Care Homes in Broken Hill. Under the leadership of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, you will demonstrate sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual resident''s needs. You will be a part of a compassionate and dedicated team providing the highest standard of personcentered care to our residents every day. What will you bring to the role? - Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable) - Medication Assist competency (desirable) - Understanding of Aged Care, Residents rights and responsibilities - Dedication to caring for older people to live their best lives - Strong teamwork; friendly approachable manner - Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills - Flexibility in availability of days and shift times Who is Southern Cross Care?
