Role overview Female Disability Support Worker South Wentworthville Employment type: Part Time. Hourly rate: From $3 4.58 (plus applicable penalty rates). Role responsibilities - Deliver active support aligned with each clients goals and support plan. - Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing). - Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans. - Facilitate community access and transport using Unisson vehicles or public transport. - Build trusted relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders. - Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records. - Work collaboratively within a close-knit team. - Respond appropriately to incidents in line with Unisson and NDIS guidelines. Who were looking for - Willing to work active night and sleepover shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Hold a valid NSW Drivers Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles. - Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient. - Experienced in disability support (preferred). - Experience with working with challenging behaviours and behavioural plans. - Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable).
