This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in sourcing, analysing, and executing investments across a diversified portfolio, including hospitality, build-to-rent, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors. With multiple active funds and a strong development pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, this role will suit a commercially astute individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Lead investment underwriting and financial modelling for acquisition opportunities Oversee the end-to-end investment process, from deal origination to execution and asset onboarding Conduct market research and due diligence across target sectors and geographies Prepare investment committee presentations and manage stakeholder reporting Collaborate with in-house development, asset management, and capital teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies Support capital raising activities and investor engagement, as required Key Requirements 58 years'' experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional investment management Strong exposure to PBSA, BTR, or hotel assets (ideally across multiple markets in ANZ) Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder communication abilities Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or related field How to Apply: To express your interest in this role please APPLY NOW or contact Jaala Coppola for further information [email protected] or 0409 942 512.
