At Peliplat, you will lead a talented team of developers, testers, and mobile developers, overseeing the full development lifecycle to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, you will make critical architectural decisions, implement best practices, and be an essential driver in the technical evolution of Peliplat. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary development team, including developers, testers, and mobile developers, ensuring cohesive collaboration and project success. Conduct business requirement analysis, contribute to system design, and oversee the creation of technical documentation. Design and implement core architecture for key business and technology transformation initiatives, focusing on high availability and scalability. This may include exploring and integrating Blockchain and Web3 solutions where appropriate. Code and review core functional modules, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate cross-team communication, encouraging alignment across departments and the different time zones they operate within. This includes communicating technical concepts related to blockchain and Web3 clearly and concisely. Collaborate proactively with Product, Development, and Operations teams to drive projects to successful completion. Research, evaluate, and prototype Blockchain and Web3 solutions that can enhance Peliplat''s platform, focusing on areas such as digital ownership, trading and swapping, transparency, and innovative user experiences. Develop and maintain secure and efficient APIs for interacting with blockchain networks and decentralized applications (dApps). Contribute to the development and enforcement of best practices for secure coding and data handling related to blockchain technologies. Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of software development and architecture design experience, with demonstrated experience in team leadership or management. Strong foundation in system architecture, technical planning, and solution-oriented decision-making. Proven experience in developing complex, distributed systems, emphasizing high availability, performance, scalability, and resilience. Experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, Kotlin, C++, or Golang. Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architecture is strongly valued. Flexibility to adapt to time zone differences and varying communication styles, ensuring active participation and leadership in meetings as needed. Solid understanding of Blockchain technology, including different consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof of Stake, Proof of Work), smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). Experience with at least one major Blockchain platform (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana) and associated development tools (e.g., Solidity, Truffle, Hardhat). Familiarity with Web3 principles, including decentralized identity, data ownership, and tokenomics. Experience with blockchain integration patterns and best practices for security and performance within a modern microservice architecture is a plus.
