Our Client: Leading Global Investment Firm Role Title: Director, Enterprise Risk Management The Director will support the SVP in overseeing and implementing enterprise risk management and ESG programs across a global portfolio. *Please note this role required being in-office, five days a week, downtown Toronto. Key responsibilities: Risk: Preparing high-level risk presentations and managing programs related to anti-bribery, internal controls, compliance, and governance, as well as supporting new acquisition integrations and business planning processes. Sustainability: Managing ESG data and KPIs, producing investor reports, tracking greenhouse gas emissions and health & safety incidents, and staying informed on evolving ESG regulations to guide portfolio companies in assessing and addressing climate-related risks.Requirements: CPA, CA designation Public accounting experience with a strong performance recordAt least 3 years of progressive experience, ideally in internal controlStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated leadership and team-oriented mindsetAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsIntellectual curiosity and a self-starter attitudeExperience or interest in ESG is beneficial
