We also publish the Worlds Best Cities rankings, one of the most widely-read city rankings in the world.We are looking to hire a Marketing Intern to join our growing team, a full-time position for four months (late April to late August) based in our Vancouver office in Yaletown. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of consultancy marketing, and help us build a structure for our inbound new business leads. Youll play a key role in helping us organize and activate our inbound lead pipeline, while also supporting the VP of Communications in rolling out marketing campaigns and content across all of our digital channels.In addition to the hourly wage, the successful candidate will receive a letter of recommendation, credited projects and any school-related accreditation that Resonance is able to provide.Specific duties and responsibilities include:Assist in organizing and maintaining a centralized database of inbound new business leadsAnalyze lead quality and categorize opportunities for prioritization and follow-upSupport development of outreach strategies to engage prospective clientsLead and execute our CRM communications for initial outreach to prospective clientsCollaborate with the VP of Communications to execute Resonances marketing strategyCollaborate with the Resonance Creative Team to develop our marketing contentHelp manage and schedule content across social media platforms and CRM marketing channelsTrack marketing campaign and content performance and compile reports to inform strategy updatesParticipate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas for Resonance visibility and positioningConduct Resonance competitive and market researchWho Were Looking For:Must-haves:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are an assetComfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM tools (experience with Active Campaign, Asana, Google Drives & Sheets, Slack and MailChimp a plus)Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and scheduling toolsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiativeEntrepreneurial spirit with a passion for new business and lead acquisition, place making and branding, storytelling, and marketingEnthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative consultancy environmentWhy Join Us?At Resonance, youll work on meaningful projects that shape the places people love.
