It is an asset if you are comfortable working with a 26 yr old with intellectual disabilities ( he is verbal and interacts very well with his support person- no heavy lifting is required) . The ideal employee would have previous experience with neurodiverse individuals. We do have successful protocols in place so just a willingness to learn and have respect our son:) Must have drivers licence.
