We are looking for a caregiver to support our family. Our daughter is 8 years old and we are busy working parents who need occasional but regular support. Whether its Afterschool pick up a couple times a week at 2:30pm or sometimes earlier mornings (6:30am start) may be required to help while one parent travels for work. Having a drivers license with a clean driving record is a plus, but vehicle not required but definite asset. First aid and criminal record check required. We are located in the Cambie/Main area. Light housecleaning, laundry, dog walking and occasional meal prep would be helpful. We would like this person to help provide a variety of opportunities to support our child''s mental and physical development, creativity, understanding of culture and how to be a good person in the world. Driving to swimming, gymnastic, the library, music classes is a part of the job and having a playful attitude with the ability to manage child conflict resolution in a positive way is important. We would also expect managing play dates and help with organizing activities. Salary is $25/hr and more hours are possible if this person is open to more personal assistant activities and errand running during the day. We are looking for the right person and are also flexible with days and hours.
