Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION Reporting directly to the Platform Leader the primary responsibilities of the Marketing Associate is to provide support for all Tier 1 Vendors and manage Tier 2 vendors in the platform. Liaise with the Marketing Managers (and support where required) to ensure all operational requirements of the platform are fulfilled.GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the the Platform Leader to manage and delight all Tier 1 vendors.In alignment with the Platform Leader, lead the Tier 2 vendor relationships.Manage the requirements for Medical Education for the platform Responsible for maintaining CHS product price lists for your portfolio. In conjunction with the Item Master Specialist, ensure price increases are input into the system as they occur manage the master price file for the Platform. Notify sales of changes in pricing once set by the business leader. Provide price lists for sales reps on request.Ensures Vendor and product lists are accurate so they can be input and managed in the systemResponsible for product launches / line extensionsWorks with Contracts and Platform Leader to manage the RFP calendar and all executing all incoming RFPsSales field work as appointed by the Platform leaderActs as the first point of contact for sales reps on product information, pricing and availability of new product, tray labels if MedRx and other inquiries. Escalates requests within the organization to the appropriate marketing resource.MedRx only active role in the NPI process to bring new trays to market and facilitate the internal production and commercialization requirementsPerforms other duties as requested by marketing leadership.Comply with Health and Safety regulations.Report all unsafe activities, procedures, or conditions to the JHSC or management.KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONBachelors program in marketing, business or equivalent with 1-2 years experience (medical device an asset).Demonstrated analytical and technical skills with software programs including Microsoft Suite and exposure to an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics an asset).Proven communication skills with customers and internal team membersStrong attention to detail, excellent planning and organizing skills with ability to multi-task.Desire to be part of team committed to our customers and their satisfactionLanguage SkillsMust be proficient in written & spoken English. French is an asset.Technical SkillsSolid keyboarding and MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
