You will receive requests, transmit messages, track trucks and loads, and communicate with customers, drivers and the sales and operations teams.This role could also be known as driver support, fleet manager or logistics coordinator.ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and stay on taskExcellent computer skillsAbility to work as a remote team memberKnowledge of PC Miler, Electronic Driver Logs, Mcleod Transportation Management SoftwareKnowledge of transportation/logistics industryHOW YOULL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNNReceive and deliver requests and informationDispatch drivers for pick-up and deliveryProvide drivers with information about loads, pick-up, delivery, traffic, obstacles, and other requirementsAddress problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
