If so, Altruck International Truck Centres has an exciting opportunity for you at our Burlington location.Weve been in business since 1977 and continue to growoffering not just jobs, but long-term careers.What Youll Be Doing:As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Advisor, youll support our service department, commercial clients, and walk-in customers by identifying and supplying the correct truck parts and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing truck and heavy equipment parts.Inspect returned/damaged parts and determine appropriate replacements or refunds.Provide technical advice and recommend interchangeable parts when necessary.Manage phone, email, and e-commerce parts inquiries and orders.Organize and stock incoming inventory accurately.Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory control.Participate in ongoing dealer or manufacturer training (including e-learning courses).Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.What Were Looking For:2+ years of experience in truck parts sales or heavy equipment parts (agricultural or automotive).Previous experience in rentals or commercial/industrial vehicle industries is a plus.A self-starter with strong sales skills and customer service focus.Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication.Team player with a drive for results and a commitment to excellence.Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Valid drivers license preferred.Why Join Altruck?
