We expect amazing things from each other, and through tight collaboration, we achieve greatness.About the Role - UX/UI DesignerWe are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products and our clients products. You will translate users' needs and business requirements into simple, intuitive solutions through research, ideation, prototyping, testing and wireframing. The ideal candidate will have a masterful eye for design detail and craft extraordinary interfaces for products and projects that we launch. Reporting to the Director of Design, you will work alongside other designers, project managers, and developers to assist in building intuitive and accessible products.Candidates must be based in the Greater Vancouver Area.ResponsibilitiesCreate delightful and intuitive products, holding the user at the centre of the experienceMeticulously craft UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypesBe involved in user testing sessions to validate design concepts and informed assumptionsCreate design deliverables, including production-ready UI assets, specifications, and intended behavioursWork closely with the development team to ensure signed off-UI design is implemented successfullyPresent design decisions with a clear rationale to the team and clientsSkills/Qualifications3+ years of post-graduation experience as a UX/UI designerStrong portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of user-centric designHave an inquisitive mind and be open to navigating through ambiguity and designing for complex problemsBeing able to adapt and pivot on the fly as projects and initiatives move quickly at TTT StudiosAbility to lead small-sized (3-8 weeks) projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple smaller initiatives simultaneouslyProficient with industry-standard software such as Figma, ProtoPie, Miro, and Adobe Creative CloudAbility to seek and appreciate feedback and continuous design improvementYou are a self-starter with a growth mindsetBonus SkillsExperience in an agency where everything moves fast, timelines shift, and requirements changeExperience with design thinking workshops, whether it be through leading facilitation or participationHiring ProcessSubmit your application and include your CV.
