The ITOT R&M organization, which is comprised of architecture, domain and business process team members, facilitates collaboration between functions /disciplines and experts in the application of information technology (IT) within an Operations context. The basis of this collaboration is the shared objective of defining, delivering and supporting IT solutions providing optimal capability at minimal lifecycle cost. You will have conceptual knowledge of theories, techniques and methodology within the analytical technology discipline.You are responsible for effective support of digital manufacturing hardware/software that are running business specific applications at the site level. You will focus on resolution and or proper escalation of support concerns to ensure digital manufacturing hardware and applications are properly utilized within the work processes. You will rely on your technical skills to help resolve hardware/software related problems while utilizing global/local application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and hardware SMEs to escalate issues for resolution. Job DescriptionSupport implementation and utilization of the program, digital manufacturing tools, its applications and hardware.Support of Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E) hardware like, rugged tablets, smartphones, and wearable devices along with their software components.Identify, report, and help resolve problems with the digital applications and mobile solution technology.Have knowledge of Dows enterprise support service, Service Now.
