Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator who will work closely with internal stakeholders, and our external Salesforce developer partners to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and manage all aspects of platform administration including system configuration, end user support tickets, training, and designing solutions.Fundserv has been the indispensable hub for the Canadian investment industry for over 30 years, connecting manufacturers, distributors, intermediaries, and service providers to build solutions that simplify business interactions and promote innovation in the industry. We do this by focusing on our corporate values of Collaboration, Adaptability, Integrity, and Respect.In this role, you will Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholdersIdentify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experienceOwn the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholdersManage Salesforce data, implementing rules and automation as needed to improve dataTest configurations, integrations and automations developed by external Salesforce contractorsFollow SDLC best practices, including design reviews, standardized deployment plans, and rollback plansManage and administer all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rulesManage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reportsImplement and maintain integration with other applications that support Fundserv business processesWhy you are the person were looking forYouve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience:Effectively perform Salesforce Administration functionsEffectively utilize JavaScript, Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Lightning Component Framework to develop and configure in SalesforceUse knowledge of API usage and integration techniques to integrate salesforce and other applicationsDevelop automation through Workflow rules and actions, Process and Flow BuilderStrong problem solving, judgment, and organizational skillsFundserv will cover the costs of maintaining or obtaining your Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificationWe recognize that there are different paths to gaining skills, so if you have diverse experience which doesnt match the criteria exactly but you think you would be great in this role, we invite you to apply!Why Work HereOur Benefits and PerksWeve consistently been recognized as a GTA Top Employer and a Canada Top Small & Medium Employer.
