Our client is one of Canada's largest asset based transportation providers and they are currently seeking a Terminal Manager for their GTA facility.Reporting to: Vice-President of TransportRole Overview: The Terminal Manager will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the transport terminal. This role involves supervising a team of 110 drivers and 8 supervisors, ensuring the efficient management of transport operations, safety, performance, and compliance with the company's standards and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee daily transport operations to ensure efficiency and effectivenessTeam Management: Lead and manage a team of 110 drivers and 8 supervisors, fostering a positive and productive work environmentSafety and Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policiesPerformance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvementCommunications & Client Relations: Maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfactionQualifications:5-10 years of experience managing large terminals with 100 or more personnelProven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyReimer Associates Inc. thanks you for your application and interest in this opportunity.
