The ClientA reputed financial services corporation in downtown Toronto.What you must bring to the role8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in banking. Experience working on a fund accounting project as a Business Analyst is mandatory.Expertise with gap analysis, creating process flow maps and documenting detailed business requirements.Experience working on complex business transformation programs on the business side.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio.Strong coordination and documentation skills.Experience working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and vendors.Exceptional organizational, time management and facilitation skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.What you will achieve in the roleWork effectively with Relationship Managers to align client data.Complete various BA tasks, as required, to transition from the existing fund accounting system to a new one.Understand client data needs and provide appropriate solutions.Develop client specific conversion plans and change management plans.Work collaboratively with the team including the Program Director and Program Manager.Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure a well-managed client experience from initiation of client analysis through the full project lifecycle to post conversion support.
