Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, CanadaCore hours: Monday to Friday from 8am 4:30pm PSTHybrid Role: We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 3 days per week.Role SummaryAs the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing team in the planning, development and execution of product launches, special projects, campaigns and miscellaneous needs. You will ensure the on-time and on-brand delivery of all initiatives which support Eminences growth and drives business results. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will also coordinate the marketing deliverables required for each project and will work closely with cross-functional Team Members. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Programs and Launch Manager.ResponsibilitiesAdminister Project Plans for new and existing projectsCoordinate timelines and team resources to create marketing materials, packaging and promotional items required for each projectMaintain project management tools (e.g. Critical Paths, SOPs, Asana)Communicate key dates to stakeholders to ensure that each milestone is met throughout each projectParticipate in the Customer and Rep mailings process to determine dates for all project launches and related promotional mailingsPrepare project information for company-wide conference calls with direction from the Marketing Programs Team Lead and/or Marketing Project ManagerCoordinate the creation of new and the update of existing marketing materials, including, but not limited to, promotional pieces, retail packaging, shipping boxes, printed ads, brochuresWork closely with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Supply Chain team and vendors to coordinate print pieces and packaging within deadlines, including POs and proof approvalsProof collateral pieces for accuracy and ensure overall qualityCoordinate with Supply Chain & Order Services teams to ensure all items needed for the mailings are in-house and sent out on timeQualifications3+ years of Marketing, Sales or Project Management experience.College diploma or University degree in Business and/or Marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experienceExperience working with external vendors, e.g. manufacturing, printing, and agencies (minimum 1-2 years)Project Management software experience is an asset, e.g. Asana, Trello, ExcelExperience working with cross-functional teams, e.g. Supply Chain, Sales, Product Development, Technology, etc.Experience with consumer-packaged goods, a plus if its in the beauty, spa, skin-care spaceProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an assetExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and work well in a high-pressure, multiple-deadline environment and to work well with minimal supervision and with many styles of direct leadershipProactive, highly organized and extremely detail-orientedTotal RewardsCompetitive salary, quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company goals100% employer-paid premiums for extended health, health spending account, wellness program, green transportation incentive, various paid time-off options available from your first day, and product discountsFocus on professional development, 1:1 meetings with your leader, tuition assistance program and length of service rewardsThe Application Please submit a resume with a cover letter.Closing date for applications: Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, at 9pm PST.
