Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am 4:30pm PST Hybrid Role: We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 3 days per week. Role Summary As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing team in the planning, development and execution of product launches, special projects, campaigns and miscellaneous needs. You will ensure the on-time and on-brand delivery of all initiatives which support Eminences growth and drives business results. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will also coordinate the marketing deliverables required for each project and will work closely with cross-functional Team Members. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Programs and Launch Manager. Responsibilities Administer Project Plans for new and existing projects Coordinate timelines and team resources to create marketing materials, packaging and promotional items required for each project Maintain project management tools (e.g. Critical Paths, SOPs, Asana) Communicate key dates to stakeholders to ensure that each milestone is met throughout each project Participate in the Customer and Rep mailings process to determine dates for all project launches and related promotional mailings Prepare project information for company-wide conference calls with direction from the Marketing Programs Team Lead and/or Marketing Project Manager Coordinate the creation of new and the update of existing marketing materials, including, but not limited to, promotional pieces, retail packaging, shipping boxes, printed ads, brochures Work closely with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Supply Chain team and vendors to coordinate print pieces and packaging within deadlines, including POs and proof approvals Proof collateral pieces for accuracy and ensure overall quality Coordinate with Supply Chain & Order Services teams to ensure all items needed for the mailings are in-house and sent out on time Qualifications 3+ years of Marketing, Sales or Project Management experience. College diploma or University degree in Business and/or Marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experience Experience working with external vendors, e.g. manufacturing, printing, and agencies (minimum 1-2 years) Project Management software experience is an asset, e.g. Asana, Trello, Excel Experience working with cross-functional teams, e.g. Supply Chain, Sales, Product Development, Technology, etc. Experience with consumer-packaged goods, a plus if its in the beauty, spa, skin-care space Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and work well in a high-pressure, multiple-deadline environment and to work well with minimal supervision and with many styles of direct leadership Proactive, highly organized and extremely detail-oriented Total Rewards Competitive salary, quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company goals 100% employer-paid premiums for extended health, health spending account, wellness program, green transportation incentive, various paid time-off options available from your first day, and product discounts Focus on professional development, 1:1 meetings with your leader, tuition assistance program and length of service rewards The Application Please submit a resume with a cover letter.
