Mobile Klinik DRC is responsible for ensuring that the devices are fully functional and meet the manufacturers standards before they are resold at Mobile Klinik stores. Whats in it for you? Discounts on the coolest & newest wireless technology here at TELUS Team Member-led Resource Groups (TRG) support team members who identify as women, Indigenous, individuals of varying abilities, newcomers, Black and LGBTQ2+ or are an ally Flexible & customizable medical, vision and dental benefits that include massage therapy and $5000 for mental health support Maternity and parental leave topups, fertility treatment coverage, and gender affirmation coverage We provide paid training to ensure your success And so much more Responsibilities We provide training on how to: Receive, grade, and process bulk shipments of Certified Pre-Owned devices Identify cosmetic and functional flaws through grading and triage processes Conduct tests to identify issues with telecommunication equipment Provide detailed reporting on device grades and failures Analyze Technical Repair Guides and troubleshoot electronic equipment as per specification Repair and refurbish electronic equipment according to brand guidelines Meet productivity targets Resolve software interface issues Maintain accurate device records and labeling Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and experience Ensure a safe work environment by following regulations and standards Working hours Willing to work flexible hours including weekends hours of operation range from 8:00am 6:30pm EST What you can expect after you apply Our recruitment process consists of a multi-layered approach during which we are happy to provide accommodations as needed Base Hourly Pay: $17 - $18 Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. #LI-DNI
