This role will ensure that processes are followed up due to the ERP migration for D365 and connect with the Commercial Team to support the changes in our systems in an efficient way.Major tasks and duties: Support to the Commercial TeamImplement efficient processes to ensure smooth execution of commercial projects during the D365 implementationAct as a bridge between the Commercial Team and IT, Operations, Finance, and Commercialization departmentsMonitor the progress of key projects, ensuring requirements are met until the first P.O. is issuedOperational Process Management Focus on Communication with Finance and Pricing teamsSupport the Finance and Pricing teams in optimizing routines and achieving operational excellence, following the project dead lines for the projectHelp define and monitor new standards for the current commercial systems with both departmentsSupport on the new definition of critical flows for the Commercial TeamKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 years experience in commercial or operational roles with a focus on process management and project executionKnowledge about commercial sales cycleStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset focused on optimizing processes and outcomesKnowledge on D365 systemAbout usAt Caldic we value our team spirit, built on strong relationships and open communication.
