Reporting directly to the Director of Product, youll help onboard new users, answer questions, provide product support, and make sure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.Responsibilities:Support customers via email, chat, phone, and socialHelp new users onboard and get set up smoothlyTroubleshoot product and account issuesCollaborate with internal teams to solve more complex problemsImprove support docs and share customer feedbackQualifications:1+ year in customer support (bonus if in fintech/finance)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsInterest in financial products and techComfortable with tools like SalesforceWilling to pitch in during evenings/weekends when neededIf this sounds like you then please apply!**Please note - only qualified applicants will be contacted.
