Sailun Tire Americas Digital Marketing Coordinator (Contract until end of 2025)(This is a hybrid role)Position Reporting To VP, Marketing and Market Intelligence with a dotted line to Senior Marketing Manager.Sailun Tire Americas (STA) is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role will manage digital channels across North America, helping drive B2B & B2C awareness and engagement through paid and organic tactics. You will work collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure our digital presence stays aligned with strategy and performance goals.What Youll Do Manage and optimize Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaignsMaintain and update STA websites, including content, imagery, and page buildsCoordinate with external web developers to improve SEO and technical performanceMonitor website health, including speed, mobile responsiveness, and error resolutionBuild and maintain digital reporting dashboards (i.e. Looker Studio) Track and report on key digital metrics such as traffic, conversions, and campaign performanceSet up and manage UTM parameters and analytics tracking (GA4)Stay informed on digital trends and competitorsCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and hands-on execution across digital channelsProficient in key platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing toolsData-driven with a focus on continuous optimization and performance improvementClear and confident communicator, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partnersExperience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp) is preferred; familiarity is an assetCollaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of digital best practices and performance standards across ads, websites, and SEOYour BackgroundA Bachelors degree or post-graduate degree in Business or Marketing 24 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, automotive, or retailExperience managing Google Ads and Meta Business Suite campaignsComfortable working in WordPress (or similar CMS)Familiar with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or UberSuggestStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsCollaborative mindset and strong communication skillsResults-driven and proactive in suggesting innovative ideasTravelUp to 10% of travel Majority in USA and Canada
