Territory Manager (CRANE)Full Job DescriptionABOUT USNors Construction Equipment Canada ST is a major multiline mobile equipment dealer with operations across Canada. Our CRANE division specializes in the sale and service of truck-mounted articulating cranes (Fassi), boom trucks (National Crane) and all-terrain cranes (Grove, Manitowoc).SUMMARYAs a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing a geographic sales territory while ensuring market sharegrowth and customer relationship development. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for expense control,CRM updates and monthly and annual sales forecasts.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSell Nors products relating to our CRANE division (Fassi, National Crane, Grove);Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers through site visits within assigned territory;Be prepared to travel within territoryProvide monthly and yearly sales forecasts on a timely basis;Gathering trade appraisal information;Preparing initial costing sheets before new deals;Facilitate the smooth completion of deals as liaison with customer;Assist with RFQs/RFPs;Manage all costs associated with territory management (expenses).CORE COMPETENCIES:Strong problem solving and decision-making skills;Ability to plan and implement business solutions while maintaining bottom line focus;Preform as an effective team-member with strong inter-personal communication and inter-active abilities;Be goal and objective-driven;Creatively persistent with exceptional listening skills.Support the mission, values and values of Nors Construction Equipment Canada ST.EDUCATION/ TRAINING:Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience in sales;Finance/lease training;Attendance and completion of product training.Experience in the truck crane industry will be considered an assetHEALTH AND SAFETY:It is our expectation that all Nors Employees will conduct their work in a safe manner, abide by all Nors safety policiesand report all hazardous conditions and unsafe work procedures.
