Business & Leadership Role: Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring,and clinic operations. Help establish long-term strategies for business growth . Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends. Mentor and guide team members toenhance skills and client care. Client & Team Engagement: Maintain a professional, friendly,and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues. Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise businessoperations . What Were LookingFor: Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and eligible to practice in Ontario. 1+ years of experience preferred (but not a deal-breaker). Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset. Strong communication & leadership skills with a desireto take on business responsibilities. Strategic mindset& interest in business growth within the hearinghealthcare industry.
