As Office Administrator your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning and appearance of the office through the diligent management of all administrative and facilities needs. This position may have direct (hands-on) involvement or provide supervision for a diverse array of servicesPrimary Scope of Role:Manages incoming callsProvide general administrative & clerical accounting supportPerform data entryOrder and maintain office suppliesProvides support for boardroom meeting bookings and ensures smooth connectivity for users.Provides assistance to the procurement, finance, safety, quality, and projects as requested for general admin.Scan and file documents (eg.
