Job DescriptionOur client is one of the leading insurance brokerages and is seeking an experienced Insurance Marketing Manager to join their team in Vancouver. If you're a dedicated insurance professional looking to take the next step in your career, this opportunity is for you.What you will be doing:Act as liaison between staff and Account Executives to resolve issues requiring attentionPerform annual staff performance reviews and provide recommendations when neededCollaborate with leadership to develop efficient workflow systemsReview monthly reports to ensure timely account renewalsConduct process assessments across Commercial Insurance to implement continuous improvement initiativesLead regular team meetings and provide training/mentoring to staffPerform periodic file audits to ensure procedures are followedProvide marketing and policy rating service to the Management teamLiaise with Account Executives to discuss client needs and negotiate with insurersSupport staff with policy coverage questions and technical underwriting informationWhat we are looking for:Minimum 7 years of Commercial Marketing experienceGeneral Insurance Agent Level 2 license or equivalent in your provinceInsurance designations (CAIB, CIP, CRM) considered an assetExceptional client service skills and attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and proactive approachExperience with broker management systems preferredSalary range: $100,000 to $125,000 based on experienceIf this is you, then please don't hesitate to reach out!DGA Careers has been proudly serving the Canadian insurance industry for over 30 years, specializing in providing insurance recruiting services to major insurers, insurance brokerage firms, and independent adjusting firms.
