This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-known public company in their Corporate Development team while reporting directly to the VP. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in office. As the Director, M&A [buy-side], you will be responsible for the deal spectrum from working with targets on information requests and due diligence to negotiating closing and post-closing adjustments. In this role, you are not responsible for the integrations.
