As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have proven estimating experience, a thorough understanding of health & safety requirements, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-trades. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee project quality control, manage testing requirements, and conduct comprehensive project cost reviews.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets.Request pricing from sub-trades and suppliers.Maintain and enhance client and supplier relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups.Conduct regular project cost reviews to ensure financial targets are met.Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements and expectations.Oversee project quality control and ensure testing requirements are met.Utilize SiteDocs to manage safety documentation and site-specific safety plans.Prepare and present reports using MS Office, particularly Excel.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.Strong estimating experience in construction projects.In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Familiarity with SiteDocs or similar safety management software.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.What we offer:Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for personal and professional development.A supportive work environment that values safety, teamwork, and excellence.
