Job Description

This B2B dedicated Senior Account Executive will drive the development and growth of the B2B division by identifying and securing business opportunities with companies that operate dedicated fleets of vans and/or 5-ton trucks. The successful candidate will have an existing target list and currently sell dedicated outsource for private fleets. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, fleet management, or logistics solutions. As a one-person sales powerhouse, this individual will have the full support of the executive team however, will own the responsibility of developing and growing this division. ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and acquire new B2B clientsTarget companies that operate their own fleets (up to 10 vehicles) and are looking to optimize fleet size and reduce operational inefficienciesDevelop and manage sales forecast, track performance against targets and report on progress to senior leadershipUtilize data to optimize sales efforts and strategiesConsult with potential clients to understand their fleet management challenges and present the companys tailored solutions, including right-sizing their fleet, supplementing peak demand, integrating transparent routing technology Establish win/win relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersPresent and sell the companys value proposition, including the option to purchase their fleetCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfactionMeet and exceed sales targets and revenue goalsQualificationsProven B2B Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or fleet managementIndustry Knowledge: Expertise in fleet operations, leasing models, owner-operator networks, and logistics software solutionsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environmentAbility to work independently and drive results with minimal supervisionProactive in identifying and securing new business opportunitiesAbility to analyze client needs and provide customized solutionsThrives when presenting and discussing fleet optimization software and solutionsKnowledge of lease efficiency and renewal is a definite assetIs seen as an Industry subject matter expertCharismatic hunter and relationship builderAbility to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively with customers and internal stakeholdersHighly developed sales skills through to closing dealsThinks like an entrepreneur treats every deal like it is their own businessWe thank all interested parties but only those selected will be contacted to move forward.
