At KRGinsure, we're looking for New Business Advisors who thrive in creating and selling value-added personal lines insurance programs to prospective clients. This is a salaried role with the opportunity to earn commision. In this position, your responsibilities will include gathering client information, collaborating with producers and clients, generating quotes, proposing insurance packages, closing deals, binding orders, preparing necessary paperwork, and securing payment information.Qualifications:3+ years of personal lines experience, with at least one year of proven insurance sales experienceActive RIBO License in good standingAdditional industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, etc., are considered assetsSkills:Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsProven sales abilityResults-oriented professional with a strong work ethicUnwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to clientsProficiency in MS Office products such as Word and ExcelExperience with TAM/EPIC is considered an assetWhy Join Us: We offer an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
